We want you to love your Pehr pieces, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid label to the outside of the box or mailer.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
